Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 4 days to let you
know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days using a local carrier service.
Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of £2.95 applies to orders shipping to UK. Optional: We do not ship outside of UK at this time.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@littleblossomshop.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
